Home Matters was originally started as a Property Management Company under the name and style of Earth
& Soul Management Services, catering to Apartment segment in the year 2009, by Narayanan Krishnan
along with his friend Melvyn Raphael George. After couple of years the latter expressed his intention
to focus on his core activity of HR Consultancy.
" I still remember the first day of business, where we were forced to fend ourselves in Gandhian way as
the housekeepers we had enrolled didn't turn up!
From there this company has been built up, brick by brick, by using the only mortar we have,
integrity.
